Tame Impala Talk Rihanna at BRIT Awards 2016: Watch

Tame Impala were one of the many winners at the BRIT Awards 2016 on Wednesday night (Feb. 24), as they took home their first-ever statue for Best International Group. In the press room at the O2 Arena after the show, the Aussie band shared their reaction to the award as well as if they've met Rihanna—who covered their Currents track "New Person, Same Old Mistakes" on her new album ANTI.

"We haven't said 'hello,' no she was quite rude in that regard," frontman Kevin Parker joked. Multi-instrumentalist Jay Watson then jumped in: "It would take a lot of balls to walk up to Rihanna...it's not like walking up to us!"
