Planning the perfect Valentine's Day gift can be stressful: You want to appear thoughtful and loving without being too cheesy and boring. To help you out, we asked some of our favorite musicians just what the best gift is and they gave us some pretty creative answers.
New York indie darlings Chairlift kicked things off, with singer Caroline Polachek telling us, "I don't have a go-to Valentine's Day gift but I did see that the Bronx Zoo is letting people name their new collection of cockroaches which seems very romantic."
Her musical partner in crime Patrick Wimberly also sounded off, as did GRAMMY-nominated soul star Leon Bridges.
