SXSW 2016 just wrapped with its biggest K-Pop Night Out yet and its performers getting more opportunities than ever. In this week's "Deep Cuts" section (at 32:45), we'll discuss K-pop concerts' remarkable growth in America in the last few years.
Meanwhile, GOT7 is shaking up the iTunes charts and we discuss their new EP and its title track "Fly" (at 11:50), along with Red Velvet who are back with their "One of These Nights" single and The Velvet EP (19;15). Also, SXSW breakout star DΞΔN dropped a new single "Bonnie & Clyde" (discussed at 25:15) and T-ara member Hyomin made her comeback as a soloist with "Gold" and "Sketch" (28:20). As always, we'll count down the K-pop songs shaking up the U.S. iTunes charts (30:20) and respond to listener comments.
