We love video games here at Fuse almost as much as we love the people that make up the culture. So when we naturally headed to PAX East in Boston last weekend to talk to all the great minds behind it. One of the the people who opened up was Mega Ran, an underground rapper, chiptune DJ and record producer. We asked him how he got into gaming in the first place, and he was more than willing to spill the beans.
"This is going to sound like hyperbole," Ran started, "but video games saved my life. It was definitely my escape."
He also detailed his new album Mat Mania for us, explaining its origins. Watch that interview below. It's some pretty nerdy stuff...we live for it!
