Michael Ian Black Shares Advice for the Class of 2016: Watch

We at Fuse know that graduation—whether you're in high school, college or grad school—is one of the most challenging yet exciting times in our lives. So to prepare you for what's to come in the real world, we asked Michael Ian Black to give some advice to those confused millennials out there.

One of the comedian's biggest takeaways is to become BFFs with the CEO's son, but he also stresses the non-importance of degrees:

"Nobody cares. Your degree is only worthwhile in so much that you have it, that's all. It doesn't even really matter what you majored in. You wanna go work for the CIA, and you have a degree in art history? Fine. They don't care."
