Oliver Heldens may not be the biggest name in EDM just yet, but the Dutch DJ/producer has worked with loads of talented acts around the world. We caught up with the "Bunnydance" musician to talk about some of his most famous at New York's 2016 Electric Daisy Carnival festival.
Watch above as he talks about working with dance-music legends like Tiësto, who is credited for discovering Heldens, and Chocolate Puma, who collaborated with the rising star on "Space Sheep" this year.
Heldens also told us about his experiences meeting f(x) at the 2016 Style Icon Asia awards, where he was honored with the Iconic Global Producer of the Year, and performing with the K-pop girl group:
"It was a big honor. I went to Asia before and I was asking the people to show me Asian music. I don't like lots of Asian music, but then my manager came with f(x) and said, 'You have to check them out.' With some of it, I really like it—especially the more K-pop stuff crossed over with the U.K. house stuff. The perfect combination: f(x) and me. I was really happy, I really like them."
