Pierce the Veil are Alternative Press Music Awards favorites, and the band is eternally grateful for the awards show, which celebrated its third year on Monday. In its first year, Pierce the Veil took home Best Live Band, Best Drummer and Best Bassist (don't worry; Tony won Best Guitarist a year later), so it's not surprising that the band has a emotional connection with the APMAs.
When Fuse caught up with the band earlier this week, they dished on why the awards show is so important to them. And, *hint hint*, it's all about the fans.
"They come from the people that come to our shows," Vic Feuntes said during our interview. "And I see people who come to our shows literally right in front of me right now."
