Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi Talks Post-Trump 'New Celebrity Apprentice'

Arnold Schwarzenegger takes over an American TV institution on Jan. 2, 2017, with the premiere of The New Celebrity Apprentice, the first season not hosted by Donald Trump. One of its most exciting stars is Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, who we came to love through Jersey Shore, Snooki & Jwoww and Dancing with the Stars.

Nicole tells Fuse in the interview above that there's "a lot of drama, the boardroom was crazy, a lot of people fighting." She says The New Celebrity Apprentice—the franchise's first season in nearly two years—is "totally different from Donald's, I think." She assures us Arnold Schwarzenegger's presence was "like the Terminator in the boardroom," which was, y'know, "terrifying."

Nicole will join stars like Boy George, Laila Ali, Lisa Leslie, Jon Lovitz, Porsha Williams and Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil. In addition to teasing a new "boss-bitchy" aspect of herself, Nicole tells us:

"I just think I'm excited for people to see a different side of me, because people that haven't followed me to where I am right now, when they think of Snooki, they still think of Snooki from Jersey Shore, who's partying and drinking. And, you know, it was six years ago, and things change. So I'm excited for people to see who I am now. I'm still a hot mess, but a more put-together hot mess."

The New Celebrity Apprentice airs Mondays beginning Jan. 2; the premiere will run from 8-10 p.m. EST. Nicole can also be seen on the digital series Snooki & JWoww: Moms with Attitude, available on go90.

Next, watch Kat DeLuna tell us about attending a birthday bash for Nicole:
