It seems Steve Buscemi's stint singing/mangling Vampire Weekend's latest single "Diane Young" wasn't just a one-off lark for the New York Easter Parade.

The Boardwalk Empire star will direct the Ivy League indie outfit's upcoming concert at the Roseland Ballroom on April 28, which American Express will live stream on Vevo and YouTube. This is great news for those of us who were concerned that the band's Saab-burning video had left them forever dead to Buscemi.

Although he's best known as an actor, this isn't Buscemi's first-time behind the camera: He directed episodes of 30 Rock, The Sopranos and Oz. Fingers crossed it's an unholy mixture of those three TV shows.
