Young Dreams Release Bouncy, Buoyant Gem in New Track "Footprints"
Norwegian pop collective Young Dreams filter a love of sunny Beach Boys melodies through slightly fractured pop a la Animal Collective and Grizzly Bear. We dug their South by Southwest performance, where the group played some of our favorite tracks, including "First Days of Something" and "Fog of War."
Now we have the equally stellar "Footprints," a shimmering, bouncy track highlighting the group's soaring harmonies and multi-percussive sound. Check out the video above, which combines footage from the band's previous three songs into one theme on, as the band notes, "varying takes on young love."
