Nu-metal nirvana has been unlocked: Slipknot's Corey Taylor appears on a new Korn song today. "A Different World," not related to the Cosby Show spinoff, comes from Korn's upcoming album The Serenity of Suffering

Previously we saw the videos for "Insane" and "Rotting in Vain," which has "Freak on a Leash"/"Twist"-ish scatting from frontman Jonathan Davis. The scat's back!

Listen to "A Different World" above; Corey Taylor gets the spotlight at the two-minute mark and absolutely burns down the stomping breakdown.

The Serenity of Suffering comes three years after The Paradigm Shift, the band's first album since guitarist Brian "Head" Welch returned to the band. It's produced by Nick Raskulinecz, who's helmed records by Foo FightersDeftones and Mastodon.

Korn's nostalgia-feeding 2016 nu-metal partnerships don't conclude with the Corey Taylor song, though. They're also touring the U.K. with Limp Bizkit in December. Over the summer they went out with Rob Zombie.
