Holy Grail of Awkward Celebrity Interviews: A Squirmy 4-Minute Supercut

Connery, Cruise, Seinfeld, Aniston, RDJ—they've all been there

Cara Delevingne recently did a hall-of-fame awkward video interview. ("No, I actually hate [my character in Paper Towns].") She was far from the first to hand us that specific brand of gold: There was the time Samuel L. Jackson torched a newscaster for mistaking him for Laurence Fishburne, the one where Jerry Seinfeld blustered an always-handy "Do you know who I am?!" at Larry King—a bottomless well, really.

Fortunately today's gift from the internet deities (specifically the ones at WorldWideInterweb) jams a bunch of these uncomfortable encounters into a tidy four minutes. Watch it up top; hang on to your skin so you don't crawl out of it.

Among the heroes in the supercut: Joaquin Phoenix, Andrew Dice Clay, Robert Downey Jr., Meg Ryan, John Cusack, Mel Gibson, Denzel Washington, Jennifer Aniston, Sean Connery and Tom Cruise—each as superb as the last.

Only complaint: No Eminem vs. Stephen Colbert, and no Mila Kunis vs. Awful British Guy. Next time maybe.
