Katy Perry's "Walking on Air"—a promo single now available on iTunes—is a total '90s club throwback. There's the staccato piano riff, the soulful hook mixed to sound like the singer is stuttering and an insistent Hi-NRG beat. Perry is ready to hit the dance floor circa 1993.
