On The Summer Set's latest single, "Figure Me Out," singer Brian Logan Dales admits to being "I'm a bit too pop for the punk kids / But I'm too punk for the pop kids." His (and his band's) identity might be a confusing one, but their love of the four-letter genre is anything but. In this edition of Top 5, we learn what punk bands The Summer Set love.

When you're done listening, watching and hopefully downloading their very cool musical suggestions and recommendations, watch a video of the band defining "punk" below. Spoiler: it's all about the attitude.
