Los Angeles skate rap reprobates Odd Future, who have their hands full these days with their new Adult Swim show and the recent re-emergence of rap prodigy Earl Sweatshirt, found the time to drop the second video (after "Rella") off their forthcoming Sweatshirt-less album, OF Tapes Vol 2, for the song "NY (Ned Flander)."

"NY (Ned Flander)" finds Hodgy Beats as the pill-popping father of Tyler, The Creator, who plays a baby. It's as gross and theatrical as you'd expect, and the whole thing reminds me of Eminem videos like "The Real Slim Shady" and "My Name Is." It kind of rules. You can watch it here.
